After spending over 30 years in the insurance and financial services industries, I’ve learned that real leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about listening, staying curious, and guiding others with integrity. I held senior executive roles across both large corporations and mid-sized companies. Throughout that time, I was drawn to the people side of business:
the coaching, the development, and the conversations that sparked clarity and growth. Every few years, I found myself evolving, taking on new challenges, stepping into unfamiliar roles, and learning how to lead through uncertainty. Those transitions weren’t just career moves; they were opportunities to refine how I show up for others. I developed a strong sense of when to push, when to pause, and how to connect with people on a level that balances professionalism with empathy.
Today, I coach because it’s the most meaningful work I’ve done. I get to support individuals as they navigate change, take ownership of their path, and build careers that align with who they are. My approach is grounded in real-world experience and what I call the “bridge between corporate and common sense”, where strategy meets humanity.
I find peace and perspective in the ocean. It’s rhythm and depth reminds me of what growth really looks like: steady, often unseen, but always moving forward. It’s that same energy I try to bring to every conversation—with clarity, calm, and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.
